First of all, in the actual work of pressure measurement, if conditions permit, it is recommended that you increase the upper and lower limits of the electric contact pressure gauge a little larger.
Secondly, pay attention to the specific situation of the pressure measured by the electric contact pressure gauge. If the pressure indication fluctuates greatly, then it is better to increase the damping on the pressure pipe, that is, increase the buffer, such as installing a ring pipe and closing the valve appropriately.
The third point is that in the process of measuring with an electric contact pressure gauge, if it is necessary to reduce the current passing through the electric contact, an effective method is to drive the relay through the electronic amplification circuit (using a triode, IC) through the electric contact. In addition, reduce the power supply voltage of the electrical contacts, of course, the related relays should also be replaced. And connect the RC spark suppression element on the electrical contact in parallel.
In addition, in the actual process of pressure measurement, it is recommended to use a magnetically assisted electric contact pressure gauge. This pressure gauge mainly uses magnetic force to assist in increasing the contact torque of the electrical contacts, and has relatively high contact power. Because the magnetic force pair can increase the contact suction force, speed up the contact speed, and make the contact contact reliable, it can eliminate the arc, so as to avoid the frequent contact action of the electric contact pressure gauge due to vibration or medium pressure fluctuation.
